Certification as an ITEG tree safety test expert
Integrated action is the key for tree statics examinations of the future. The corresponding requirements are comprehensive knowledge about analysis methods and purposeful action. This is imparted in intensive methodology training courses by Independent Tree Expert Group, where tree professionals can learn to become an expert for tree safety tests.

At ITEG, user mentoring is a key element to qualify professionals. The idea behind this is to provide not only theoretical information via training courses, but to make experienced mentors available who help students to deepen their knowledge in the various fields of tree examination. Guided by the mentors, participants gain varied practical experiences to intensify their know-how.
Persons entitled to participate are those having an appropriate professional qualification (European Tree Technician, agronomist specialised in tree care, or similar) and having additionally several years of practical experience in tree care and tree assessment.
