Prerequisites for use

For application of TSE considerable qualifications in the field of wood anatomy, tree statics and measuring technology are required. Such qualifications can only be obtained from the corresponding theory and practice courses offered by Freetree.

Experts and practitioners who want to use TSE for creation of reports on stability and safety against fracture of trees must have successfully completed the required trainings.

For all other persons, use of the TSE calculation programme is only permitted for practicing purposes.

Within the scope of calculation of the wind loads to be expected, application of a separate computer programme for calculation of the tree top surface is required.
